Philosophy

We aim to provide a professional, caring service for our clients and their families. In addressing problems and difficulties, we never lose sight of the person. We employ a positive behavioural approach... no judging or reproaching. We support our clients and their families, respecting their efforts to seek wellness and happiness.

This is one of London's longest established practices, being in operation since 2001 (located originally in Wandsworth, and more recently in Harley Street, with the added facility of home/school visits). Successful outcomes have been achieved with a wide range of difficulties in children (aged primarily between 7 and 17) and in adults of all ages. ADHD does not just disappear with age and many adults with undiagnosed attention difficulties find they have problems with low moods, anxiety, stress and sleep patterns.  But these difficulties do not have to be the result of a condition such as ADHD, they can arise as a result of the stress and strain of everyday life, of losses and shock. Put simply, the brain can get knocked off balance and may need help to get back on track.

And however well you are, you may be interested in peak performance, brain brightening or enhanced creativity and meditation techniques. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Appointments
Intake assessments take place in the morning, before noon.  The assessment lasts about an hour and a half, during which time questionnaires are completed and testing is carried out.  A schedule of appointments is then agreed. These appointments can be 50 minutes or 75 minutes long and usually take place once or twice a week.

Fees
A 50-minute neurofeedback session costs £65. Extended sessions, to include biofeedback and mindfulness, cost £97.50. Initial assessment and brain mapping are charged according to complexity (starting at £150). The average number of sessions required is 20-40 and once normalisation is achieved, further treatment is not usually required, but 'booster sessions' can be taken if necessary.

Payment is made at the time of the appointment by cash or cheque, or in advance by credit card via our secure PayPal service (on the website).
